Mark Mattingley-Scott, Managing Director, Quantum Brilliance, will speak on “Innovative Vendors: Hardware” at IQT The Hague March 13-15.
Dr. Mark Mattingley-Scott has a Bachelor of Science with Joint Honours in Computing and Electronics, and a Doctor of Philosophy on the subject of Code Division Multiple Access Local Area Networks from the University of Durham, combined with 36 years’ experience in the commercial exploitation of technology and research. He is managing director of Quantum Brilliance GmbH and GM EMEA of Quantum Brilliance Pty Ltd. In these roles he is responsible for growing Quantum Brilliance’s business, and all operations in Europe. Previously he was a Principal at IBM where he specialised in the identification, nurturing and development of technological innovation, with a primary focus on Big Data Analytics, Neuromorphic Computing and Quantum Computing as leader of the Quantum Ambassador programme in EMEA & AP. He teaches human & machine learning and quantum computing at the Institute for Cognitive Science at the University of Osnabrück. He is a member of the board of the Institute for New Media in Frankfurt.

IQT The Hague 2023 is the eighth global conference and exhibition in the highly successful Inside Quantum Technology series.
