(IQT) IQTEurope 2019 opened today at the LOUWMAN Museum in the Hague with a key note by Charles Marcus of the Microsoft Quantum Laboratory in Copenhagen. Marcus was introduced by Prince Prince Constantijn Van Oranje, Special Envoy to the Netherlands. Marcus concluded his presentation with this thought, “Picture all of us on a train that is taking us places that will be surprising.”
Over 200 attendees are attending the two days of sessions. Eleven organizations are exhibiting led by overall sponsor IBM Q.  IQTEurope will be an annual event in October in The Hague.
