Tobias Thiele, Quantum Application Scientist with Zurich Instruments, Will Co-Present with Stephan Koch, VP for Sales at Zurich Instruments for IQT-NYC Keynote Opening “Qubit Technologies & Subsystems” May 18

By IQT News posted 12 Mar 2021

(IQT-NYC Online) Tobias Thiele, Quantum Application Scientist with Zurich Instruments, will co-present with Stephan Koch, VP for Sales at Zurich Instruments for the IQT-NYC keynote opening the Vertical “Qubit Technologies & Subsystems” at May 18 at 1:10 am. Thiele will also present on Panel 2 “Quantum Magnetometers and Gravimeters” on May 18.
Tobias Thiele is an Application Scientist for Quantum Technologies at Zurich Instruments. His background lies in the intersection between solid-state systems and atomic physics, and in sensitive magnetometry applications. In the US and Europe, he has worked on hybrid systems coupling Rydberg atoms to superconducting circuits, or atoms to nanophotonic crystal waveguides, trapped single atoms in arrays and developed a sensitive, absolute atomic magnetometer. Tobias gets enthused about almost anything from fundamental science questions to optimal data algorithms or machine learning.

“(IQT)…has quickly become the quantum industry’s leading conference.”
