Nicolas Godbout, Director of Engineering Physics at Polytechnique Montréal, Director of the Transdisciplinary Institute for Quantum Information (INTRIQ) & Co-Founder of Castor Optics to speak at IQT Canada 2o23.
Nicolas Godbout is Director of Engineering Physics at Polytechnique Montréal, Director of the Transdisciplinary Institute for Quantum Information (INTRIQ) as well as Co-Founder of Castor Optics. Throughout his career in the private and public sectors, he tackled research and development projects harnessing optical fibers for applications in telecommunications, biomedical engineering and quantum information. He has been an active researcher in quantum information for twenty years and is now active in advocating the development and adoption of quantum technologies.

IQT Canada 2023 is the tenth global conference and exhibition in the highly successful Inside Quantum Technology series.
This event is Canada’s Quantum Computing Event, focusing on Ecosystems for Quantum Readiness. A number of vertical topics encompassing more than 30 panels and talks from over 80 speakers will provide attendees with a deep understanding on state-of-the-art developments of the future quantum ecosystems as well as the current impact of quantum computing technologies.
The conference brings together corporate management, entrepreneurs, end users, technology providers, infrastructure partners, researchers and investors who are working on the current future developments of the quantum ecosystem. IQT Canada is organized by 3DR Holdings, IQT Research, INTRIQ, and the Governments of both Canada and Quebec. The June conference will be an “in-person” event to ensure maximum networking and discussion and will take place at Centre Mont-Royal in Montréal (Québec), Canada.

Sandra K. Helsel, Ph.D. has been researching and reporting on frontier technologies since 1990.  She has her Ph.D. from the University of Arizona.
